Our production process involves inserting the die-cut material into the shaper. Thanks to the combined use of a mold and a blade, the shaper gives the raw material the required shape.
Unlike what happens with thermoforming, which shapes the material through heat, during shaping the material does not undergo any heat treatment.
This manufacturing process does not alter or modify in any way the original qualities of the material.
Characteristics such as density and weight resistance are not altered in any way.
